I think I’m stuck.
Where, you may ask? Well, about 10 lbs above where I want to be. I just can’t seem to get rid of this last ten pounds.
And I am fully aware that the best solution is to eat better and exercise more. But how do you motivate yourself? Or even find the time?
And I have to admit, it’s partially because I’m a wuss and don’t like going for long walks when it’s -35 with the windchill. Celsius or Fahrenheit, it’s bleeping cold! And that wind, it finds every nook and cranny in your snowsuit, your eyelashes freezing together and you can barely feel your cheeks.
I just can’t motivate myself to go out in that.
And the indoor exercising is, well, just boring LOL There are just other things I find to ‘conveniently’ fill my time.
And so I’m stuck.
